All approved applicants will be required to sign a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) and adhere to House Rules which form part of the agreement. A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage.

Positioned in the leafy, well-connected suburb of Indooroopilly, this rooming accommodation home places you just moments from local shopping, cafes, and public transport options, all while being under 8km from Brisbane City.

Room 3 is a standard, furnished room with a double bed and secure lockable door. The room does not have air conditioning but enjoys access to the common areas of the house including kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. All rooms in this property are private and lockable, providing residents with personal space and security in a shared living environment.

Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.
