All approved applicants will be required to sign a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) and adhere to House Rules which form part of the agreement. A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage.

Situated in the inner-south suburb of Dutton Park, this room offers unbeatable proximity to the University of Queensland via the Eleanor Schonell Bridge, as well as PA Hospital, South Bank and Brisbane City. A highly convenient location for students, healthcare workers, and professionals seeking a well-connected base with everything within reach.

This is a professionally managed rooming accommodation home with private, lockable rooms and shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Room 5 is a standard room furnished with a king single bed and essential furnishings. Please note that this room does not include air conditioning.

Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.
