Overlooking the Hunter River between Wine Country and Maitland, this long-established

The property currently accommodates 30 guests but with an easy conversion of the two bedroom cottage currently occupied by the owners and conversion of a separate one bedroom cottage set aside for reception, it could accommodate even more. A massive (newly built) machinery shed may also be able to be re-purposed into a function space for small weddings, parties, conferences or yoga retreats and an elevated plateau at the top of the property would be the perfect place to build a new home with some of the most breathtaking views in the district. All of these changes would be subject to planning consent.

Ironbark Lodge which is the original residence on the property accommodates up to ten guests over two levels and offers a great kitchen and huge open living spaces inside and out. The front deck, complete with sunken Jacuzzi, offers views as far as the eye can see and is adjacent to an in-ground swimming pool for the warmer months. Rockhouse, which accommodates six guests is built from bush rock and offers two lofts, a private deck, outdoor fire pit and more breathtaking views. Bluegum and Cedar cottages are identical, both sleeping six in two bedrooms and both offer large open decks with Jacuzzis and being set even higher on the property, over better views again. Finally, Olive Cottage is a romantic studio cabin with spa bath overlooking the valley floor.

All accommodation buildings are self-contained and are offered fully furnished. They are kept comfortable year round by reverse-cycle air conditioning and wood-burning fires. Outside, a second massive machinery shed with both open and enclosed bays offers plenty of storage and sealed roads throughout the property make access to all cottages a breeze all year round.
