Well laid out commercial vineyard holding of 5.36 hectares - 13.5 acres planted to 2.75 hectares and situated approximately 5 kms. from Barmera Township.

The vineyard plantings were established in 2005 and 2006 and are now at peak maturity with many years of future production expected. An upgraded irrigation system with water efficient under-vine drip line infrastructure is in place. Total vineyard plantings comprise of chardonnay and white frontignac wine grape variety on Paulsen & Ramsey rootstock. Presently producing 75 tonnes per vintage on average, a further 2.25 hectares (almost 6 acres) of land with irrigation infrastructure in place is available for planting
