Generally flat to slight undulation on north western side, red loam to grey soil in Box swamps and creek flood out area. Predominately timbered country being good variety of edible scrub, Mulga, Wild Orange, Curran Bush and Acacia, Box & Yarran Flats. Growing a variety of natural grasses, Copper Burr, Crowfoot, clovers and herbages. A current PVP (Property Vegetation Plan) in place to improve carry capacity.

Water:
Watered by 5 earth dams all securely fenced with steel and 8-90-30 hingejoint, spear trap gates and own handling yards. Seasonal soaks along Buckwaroon Creek and gilgai areas.
