Located just a 50 m walk from the beach at Scarness and a 450 m walk from the vibrant esplanade-with its restaurants, shops, and cafés-this newly built beach house is close to everything you need. Stockland Shopping Centre and the main hub of Hervey Bay are also nearby, making it a convenient base.
Bay Breeze Beach House is elevated on stilts, offering the perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience-especially for families with boats, trailers, and other "toys."
As you arrive, the first thing you'll notice is the expansive concrete driveway, providing ample space for parking and manoeuvring multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers. Under the house, there's secure undercover parking, making it easy to store and access your vehicles with peace of mind.
Inside, the house is tastefully decorated with a coastal, trendy flair. The spacious lounge area invites you to relax with air conditioning, a 50-inch mounted smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi-perfect for movie nights, sport, listening to music, or catching up on your favourite shows. The cosy indoor dining area seats four, while the outdoor deck comfortably accommodates six, making it ideal for meals in the fresh ocean air.
