Known as "Birdies" and located approx. 3.5km from the Lincoln Hwy down Kiandra Rd is this affordable 234ha (578 acre) mixed use allotment.
Approximately 310 arable acres (125 ha) of which most was cropped last year, there are further pockets of land that could also be returned to the cropping program with some further management. This land is predominantly sandy loam over limestone and granite outcrops and headlands.
