The living room opens to a balcony which is the best spot for a cool drink or cup of tea at the end of a busy day on the river. From here you can take in the views across the river and supervise the children playing along the waters edge. As in the old days, the facilities are outside with a tin shower and separate dunny.

IMPROVEMENTS: A separate low boat shed is at the rear of the property. A couple of interconnected tanks provide water for the shower, toilet and garden. A rainwater tank is ready to be connected to the house.

All shack owners in the area are members of the Langs Landing Association, enjoying the peaceful setting together and sharing the common areas.
