We have available a limited selection of Shared Accommodation Two and Three-bedroom fully furnished villas including washing machine; full sized kitchen including oven and fridge. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and contains a Queen or double bed; wardrobe; study desk and chair. Private courtyard.

We have a choice of rooms to suit your budget and situation:

"B" or "C" room in 3-bedroom Villa,
Shared bathroom with one tenant , streetcar parking
$249 per week for single tenant for rental lease agreement from 17/10/2025 to 15/01/2026

You will be sharing with two other students in the three-bedroom villa

Weekly boarding services include internet, electricity, water, and fortnightly cleaning to shared areas. A bond (which is lodged with the RTA) equal to 4 weeks boarding services is required.
