The Boomerang Way tourist park is an idyllic holiday park and features a gorgeous atmosphere with 12 acres of large grassy sites and well established gum trees and shrubs. Facilities include a beautiful swimming pool which is essential in the middle of summer, BBQ area, play ground and giant chess board game.
- Site fees are $127.00 per week including water.
- Electricity is "pay for what you use" they do a reading every 3 months and invoice
- Gas, internet and Landline; if required the homeowner is to organise & pay directly with provider
- All permanent residents must be minimum of 50 years age
- Permanent residents are not allowed to keep pets
- Any changes to exterior of the property must be approved in first instance with the Park Manager; however if structural, may also require Council approval.
- Residence and all buildings must not occupy more than 60% of the land ( if buying an existing property that was previously approved by council the existing property can stay)
