Perkins "South Block" consists of three individual adjoining locations consisting of 233ha(576 acres)

The property is ideally located 9 kms East of Kojonup with frontage to the main road between Kojonup and Katanning .

"South Block" is part of the well-known "Danetree "farm which historically had a reputation as one of the premier wool growing farms in the district.

Originally timbered with Wandoo, Jam, Marri and Redgum, this undulating property is well suited to grazing livestock, growing wool and cropping.

Soil types are typical for this locality consisting of versatile duplex gravelly loams through to sandy granite loams.
