Good quality country with:
- Approximately 50% heavier grey/black soils adjoining the Bogan River with timber types being Coolibah, Dogwood and Belah, being medium to open timbered grazing.
- Approximately 50% lighter grey/chocolate soils with a mix of Myall, Whitewood, Leopardwood and Rosewood. This country is more naturally open with a beneficial mix of timber.
