On entry, walk through the open lounge area and into the kitchen/dining room located on the left of the house. The kitchen compromises of plenty of bench space, under bench and over head storage, as well as a single pantry and gas cooking. A wall air-conditioner services this area.

Off the dining area is the main bedroom which leads into the bathroom. The bathroom features a toilet, basin and shower.

At the rear of the home is the second bedroom (or study).

A large patio/deck is through the glass sliding doors which over looks the Toodyay hills, perfect for summer BBQ’s! A large garden area but easy to maintain and fully fenced. There is a small area with raised vegie gardens.

A large shed is located to the side of the home which includes a second bathroom (toilet and shower only) and is where you have the laundry trough. Please note a car cannot access the garage.

Gas hot water system services the home, as well as scheme water.
