Q- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BODY CORPORATE
Buyers MUST do their own due diligence and searches. There are multiple current court cases ongoing, and it is possible that such litigation could result in the issuance of a special levy.

As of the 17th of April, there is a planned disruption to services due to alleged monies owing to the service provider Normally all power, gas, water is included in the Body Corporate Levies, however no information is available at this time as to how everything will be moving forward or when it will be connected again. Some owners have installed spear pumps, rainwater tanks, generators, solar power. Any external changes must be approved by Body Corporate. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO POWER OR WATER and sewage is currently being pumped out by wastewater trucks.

Buyers MUST do their own due diligence and searches as we cannot give legal advice. Nor do we have any knowledge of what is happening with resort, litigation or the future of Couran Cove.

Q - ARE YOU PART OF THE RESORT?
A - The unit is privately owned the resort is currently closed including the Marina.

Q- HOW DO WE GET TO THE ISLAND
A- Water taxi, own boat, jet ski, Ferry to tipplers and then walk to Couran Cove. PLEASE NOTE, THE MARINA IS CLOSED AND NOT ACCESIBLE.

Q - HOW DO WE GET AROUND THE ISLAND?
A - There is no car access to Couran Cove. Bring your own bikes, or scooters. It is possible on under certain situations to obtain approval by the Body Corporate for a Golf Buggy.

Q- DO WE STILL HAVE TO PAY BODY CORPORATE FEES EVEN WITHOUT SERVICES PROVIDED?
A- Even without services, body corporate fees are still required to be paid as there are various expenses such as insurance, maintenance, legal expenses and body corporate management fees that need to be covered. The Body Corporate Managers are Pinnacle Strata.
