I have been part of the over 55s Riverbend Lifestyle Village since it first began some 11+ years ago. Since then my Gated Estate has grown to what it is today and I am well and truly surrounded by the most friendly neighbours these days. It is a real privilege to live here amongst so many caring people. From the sausage sizzles in the hall to the bus and shopping trips to the pool exercises to the indoor and outdoor bowls to the darts and table-tennis and much more there is lots to do and enjoy. My outlook is second-to-none and with no homes in front of me I look out over the gardens/trees surrounding the outdoor bowling green. As you can see by my photos I really only have one neighbour because on my western side I have plenty of open space which will never be built on.

My Dolphin design is greatly sought-after in the village so I recommend an early inspection if thats what you are looking for. I have 3 decent-sized bedrooms (2 with built-in robes), one bathroom, 2nd toilet, reverse-cycle air and a generous open-plan living area. The workshop/storeroom is an added bonus. Considering my age I have been well-maintained in first class condition throughout. I am sorry to lose my original owners after all that time together.
