Set in a shaded, leafy garden, with magnificent views directly across the Swan River, this apartment provides a secure and peaceful place to call home. Ideal for anyone who would enjoy kayaking or other river activities, or just to sit and enjoy watching the wildlife. A troupe of Pelicans nest across the other side of the river and numerous songbirds and magpies are residents in the garden. A pod of dolphins are regular visitors as well as a friendly possum.

The apartment is unfurnished but contains a two-door, ice-making fridge as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. As it is upstairs, it is better to keep these already installed. Space in the garage to put your own fridge and washer if needed.

Being upstairs and close to the river, the apartment is not suitable for young children due to the safety factor of access to the river.
