Upstairs comprising 2 more generous size bedrooms and a single bedroom (or office) plus another bathroom. Features include gas cooking, dishwasher, wood heater, ceiling fans, insect and security screens, skylights, ample cupboards and robes. Large pool with deck. Covered patio off living area. Rain water tank. Solar hot water unit. Single carport plus off street parking for additional cars. Tenants are to bring their own pillows, linen and towels.
