Approx. 101km North West of Nyngan, 92km North East of Cobar.

Country:
Generally flat Red Loam highly fertile soil, having beneficial flood out areas of grey soil from creek bason. Growing abundance of herbages, spear-grass, copper-burr, timbered with scattered Mulga, Rosewood, Pine, Curran bush and box trees.

Cultivation:
Approx. 400ac sown to Barley, plus 250ac cultivation. There is a PVP on the property, allowing further clearing to occur, permitting grazing to increase.

Water:
Watered by 4 earth dams from approx. 4,000 cyd to 7,000 cyd. Approx. 5km of Mulga Creek dispersing through the property with seasonal water holes up to 2km long. A bore which is encased to 101 metres- SWL. 80mm approx. not equipped, good stock water. 3 dams all fenced.

Fencing:
The fencing is all hinge joint 7-90-30 steel strainers, subdivided into 5 paddocks. All steel panel cattle yards crush-up loading ramp, combined with attached all steel panel sheep yards, 3 way draft. Old camp caravan is onsite.
