These six free-standing bungalows, constructed by award-winning builder Ken Fox, are contemporary versions of the Aussie beach hut, designed to be low maintenance so that you spend your time chilling not chore-ing!

They feature high ceilings and shady interiors to take the heat out of a tropical summer. However, unit 3 Ka-Koda offers a few "mod-cons" to make life easier. Split system air-conditioning in the two bedrooms will cool even the hottest summer's day.

Large timber and glass feature doors open onto the fully covered outdoor living area allowing the breezes to flow through.

You can unpack your holiday gear directly from the sail-covered carport into the spacious open-plan living area. The compact kitchen features all the appliances you need to make sure you keep 'chilling out' - dishwasher, oven, hotplate and microwave.
