For this conditional access, the landowner would be required to apply for an access agreement which would, if granted, require the landowner to pay a $330 per annum fee plus contribute to part of the maintenance of Siding Road. In addition, truck access along Siding Road for construction equipment and materials for a dwelling if proposed would not be practical nor permitted.

The derelict 'cabin' has a slightly elevated position providing some beautiful views across the Yarramalong Valley.

A DA for a home was approved back in around 2000 with the footings signed off. At the northern part of the property there is a ridge of some open land as well.

Buffered from the busy day to day world, you can enjoy the open sunny space and scenic forest of the Jilliby State Conservation Area bustling with wildlife including bower birds, wallabies, lyre birds but to name a few.

When you do choose to come down from your hill, there is a pleasant drive through Jilliby State Conservation Area with Tuggerah Westfield, Tuggerah railway station, Wyong township, Tuggerah Lake, The Entrance and ocean beaches all within around 30 mins.
