Are there any adult sports leagues in Hyde Park?

There are lots of adult sports leagues in the area, but I believe there's only one right in Hyde Park. The Hyde Park Soccer League (www.hydeparksoccer.org) has a Men's Over 40 team (maybe you could convince them to start an under-40 team?) There's a rugby team in Kingston (www.kingstonmaddogs.com), and the East Hudson Women’s Soccer League is based in Hopewell Junction (www.EHWSL.org).
There are also sports leagues, held at Gold’s Gym Family Sports Complex in Poughkeepsie (845-463-4800), for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s dodgeball, men’s lacrosse, men’s indoor soccer (open, over 30, and over 40), women’s indoor soccer (non-competitive, semi-competitive, competitive, and over 30), and women’s volleyball.
Poughkeepsie is only 10-15 minutes from Hyde Park, Kingston is 30, and Hopewell Junction is 45.
