Kosher Restaurant in Katonah?
Is there a kosher restaurant in Katonah? I need to take a friend who is celebrating Passover for breakfast tomorrow. Thanks!

Bagels for Passover are not what you're looking for...BUT a real Bagel Store, GOLDBERG'S BAGELS will be opening very soon @ 280 Katonah Ave. Word is that they will be boiling & baking bagels, the way they're supposed to be made. Bedford Bagel & Bakery in Bedford Hills is about 10 minutes south of Katonah and as far as I know is Kosher. You can check by calling there at 914.242.0641

the nearest kosher establishment is Sammy's Kosher Meat Market on 117 in Mt Kisco. Not everyone will accept the stingency of the kashrut but it is a good source of kosher package foods... Otherwise you need to go to New Rochelle, Scarsdale or Stamford to find a REAL kosher place. Bagels are not permitted on Passover...
