Kedron has no pests why say this?

kedron is a GREAT SUBURB however pest free? I have had both rat and mouse infestations in two properties due to roadworks and severe ant infestations also..the place I was residing in was in a shocking state due to terrible owner and no proper plumbing but this one is gorgeous and still have pests
