I suspect the employment opportunities are much the same as in other middle ring Brisbane suburbs. This would depend more on the economic health of the overall community, wouldn't it, rather than an individual suburb? There is a reasonable amount of renovation going on in Kenmore - five houses in our street at the moment - as people are switching less and renovating more in the Australian economic climate.
