You're fortunate to be approximately equally distant from three well-regarded state schools: Kenmore SS, Kenmore South SS, and Chapel Hill SS. http://goo.gl/maps/NK52S
I don't believe that any of these schools have catchment limitations, i.e. only take people living in certain areas. If you're eligible for enrolment in the Queensland state school system, you should be able to enrol at whichever school you feel best suits your child's and family's needs.
