Killarney Vale, NSW 2261 is located within the Wyong local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I'm worried about Flooding. Anti social behaviour and good schooling.

Yes its a good area. Along the lakefront subject to flooding of course. The area has many schools, public, catholic schools closeby. Lots of kids sporting options too.
