Bad Areas in Lane Cove?

Hello everyone. My wife and I are currently interested in buying in the Lane Cove Area and I was wondering what streets or sections we should stay away from. We looked at a house the government housing is selling in Merinda Street, but we aren't keen on the idea of living in a housing commission area. So what we would like to know, are there any streets or sections we should stay away from, and where are the housing commission streets, are there any in North Lane Cove?)
