I hope this answer doesn't come too late!
From the top of my head I can only think of one Dentist in the are which operates every day of the week;
Million Smiles Dental
50/1 Central Avenue
Central Square Shopping Centre
Altona Meadows
9360 7777
They operate Saturday from 9.00am - 6.00pm, and Sunday 10.00am - 2.00pm
