Difficult question to answer! House prices in Laverton are very much dependent on a couple of issues.
Proximity to the Laverton Train Station, age of the property, materials used to construct the home (ie concrete, brick or weatherboard), and suitability for future development are primary factors when determining pricing.
In the current market we are primarily seeing 3 bedroom homes selling between $310,000 - $370,000, depending on the answers to the above. Hope this helps!
