Living in Lawnton?

Can someone please tell me what it's like to live in Lawnton? I'm moving there in December with hubby and 2 children.
I've noticed the schools have a high indigenous percent, what kind of people live there?

Lawnton has a diverse range of people living there, from older residents who have been there for 30 plus years, who absolutely love the suburb, who count there neighbors as close friends. And at the other end of the scale are first home buyers, who have bought in the area because of how affordable the suburb is to buy in. Many work in the city and use the train to get to work.
Most people from my observations have a strong sense of community.
