I'm not sure which condos on Lennox you speaking about specifically, but overall Lennox looks like a pretty nice street. My main concern would be crime. In the last six months for example there have been about 3 or 4 dozen robberies and a handful of assualts. That kind of goes with the territory in Van Nuys and Lennox itself does look fairly safe.

No ! That is the worst street in the Valley aside from Orion. Stay west of 405 in that area.
