Which Los Angeles neighborhoods have the most homeless people?

There are homeless people scattered all over LA, but the majority live downtown. Although you see a good amount in Hollywood as well.
Skid row is a very interesting area. If you go down there during the day there are thousands of people on the streets playing ball or just hanging out. As the sun goes down the sidewalks turn into a large campground with hundreds of tents being erected as well as makeshift tents made with cardboard boxes etc. The area smells pretty bad and it is rather ironic that most of these homeless people live in the shadows of tall buldings of lofts that have sold for more than $500k
Skid Row wins !
There are some homeless people in Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood and (weirdly) Westwood. But, without a doubt, Downtown has the most. The actual "skid row" is in downtown Los Angeles.
