Best champagne bar in Manhattan?
Can anyone recommend a great Champagne bar in the city. My wife wants a night out and we love lounge bars.

I once went to the Bubble lounge, around the West Village. It's at 228 West Broadway.
Don't you think Champagne Bar's are a little pretentious?
