The South Street Seaport

This has got to be one of most favorite places in the city. I remember going on school trips there when it was just a smelly fish market and we would be like "What did you bring us HERE for?" .. Now it's truly a place to enjoy with all the shops, cobblestone streets, boutiques, eateries, and of course, the seaport -- with the various docked, old martime ships.

Anyone have any great seaport memories?
