"Got it all"
Marden is a really quiet and safe place to live. We have 2 kids and there are plenty of parks and open space for them to play. Shopping is conveniently located and public transport means the city is only 5 minutes away.

Marden
"Tree lined streets in a great location"
Marden is a nice area. Not far from Linear park and close to the city, there is a lot to offer.
The shops service the area well and there is even a Dan Murphy's for a good range of beers and wines that you simply can't get anywhere else.
Public transport services the area well and it is a really quick trip into the city down Payneham road.
There is the local pool not far away and the local library which makes Marden a great place to be.
There are some nice takeaways in Marden as well as some restaurants close by. There is even a basketball stadium close by.
The streets are quiet and attractive making this an appealing area.

Agreed. One thing many of you overlook is the O'Bahn Buses out of Klemzig into the City that in good traffic conditions especially during peak hour work out that little bit faster than a Payneham Rd Service.
