Looking for a home in Marine Parade?
"Nice view and beautiful walking track on broadwater!"
Really enjoy walking along the water, not sure about Fri and Sat night since its close to the Grand Hotel which is a bit rough on those nights, I enjoy a nice sat/sun lunch or drinks down the Grand or nearby restaurants but not at night it can be a bit of freak show.

Marine Parade is perfect for the starting and or small family. It boasts nearby parks with bbq facilities both North and South end, boat ramp access north and south, a fitness circuit down the south end and a beautiful walk-way. It is perfect for any person wanting a balanced work, life, play lifestyle. With shopping, restraunts, parks, swimming lagoons, pubs and a buzzing nightlife in nearby Surfers Paradise it truly is the perfect balance.
