I wouldn't leave my house unattended for 3 months without a babysitter in place. A lot of residents have been capturing and posting online CCTV footage of undesirables from out of the area lurking around properties of late. I believe there was recently a neighbourhood watch meeting to address this. We have a lady through L J Hooker that babysits/pets n plants in Maudsland at no charge if that interests , please reach out.
