Approximate costs associated with building in McLaren Flat?

Hi McLaren Flat locals, my young family and I are hoping to build on one of the few remaining vacant blocks in McLaren Flat. We're just wondering if anyone who has recently built could give us an indication of costs for septic, CFS allocated water tanks and bottled gas - installation and maintenance- please. We're just trying to factor these costs into our preliminary budget. Many thanks in advance.
