Menai, NSW 2234 is located within the Sutherland Shire local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I have heard a lot of speculation as to what is happening at Menai Market place over the years. Does anyone really know if the rumours of a second storey being developed are true? I've never seen or heard of any firm plans but i keep hearing about it.
If they are true what are your thoughts - good idea? Bad Idea?
