Is Milleara Road in Keilor East too noisy?
I am thinking of buying a house at Milleara Road near to the Shopping complex. People scare me of noise and no appeciation in property value (as it would be on the main road)
Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

It's very busy, I used to live on Sterling Drive (near the corner of Dinah Pde/Milleara Road). Regarding noise, it depends how far the property is set back, although if you're looking to buy in the area I'd definitely go for something off Milleara (not on)... It's just too hard to get your car out during the day. And the property won't be worth as much in the long run. That said, if it's within your budget it wouldn't be a bad place to live.

Hi! Are you a local to East Keilor still? Any feedback on Fawkner Cres- near Rachelle? Looking to buy in the area. Any feedback would be appreciated.
