I prefer summers. Really enjoy the outdoors, golfing and/or hang out on a patio and take in the beautiful weather. I am not a fan of the cold weather.

I'm thinking most of us are, at the very least hoping that we will get some consistent spring like weather from here on out. The winters in Minnesota can be so beautiful but by this time of the year, I'm ready for summer time recreation on the beautiful Minnesota lakes! Hope we all have seen the last of the snow now until next season!

I would have to say the summers by far; however, I am not one who does a lot of skiing, snowmobiling, etc... Since we do have long winters though I try and find things to enjoy about it. I think it is absolutely beautiful when it snows! I love going for walks in a snowfall. I used to love the winter when I was younger. Being a kid in the winter is great; I think we just learn to dislike it as we get older because it interferes with our chaotic schedules. We had a pond in our backyard growing up where I learned to ice skate. My friends and I would go out and skate, play ice hockey, and since there was a great hill, we would go sledding as well. We also used to build some crazy awesome snow forts!

Tough question! I am one of those that love the winters in Minnesota. There is a lot to do between XC skiing, snow shoeing, ice skating, ice fishing, ice boating and snow mobiles. However, I am convinced that summer is the reason why those that don't enjoy winters as much live here. People forget all about the Minnesota winter during the summer. The weather is great, the flowers are gorgeous, the lakes are beautiful and fun. Residents don't travel as much during the summer, they rather stay and enjoy this paradise!
