"The jewel of the south"
Monash is at the centre of Tuggeranong Valley and has everything the valley offers. There are a variety of housing opportunities ranging from large 4, 5 & 6 family homes to 3 bedroom ensuite townhouses in tightly held complexes. It is the preferred suburb for most people in the valley just ask a local which suburb would they prefer to live in the answer will be Monash 9 times out of 10.

"Friendly Suburb Where Everyone Says Hello"
Monash is located 15 kms south south west of Canberra. It is a family friendly area with lots of school aged children. It is one of the best areas in Canberra in regards to connectivity. There are a couple of small shopping centres at Gowrie and Erindale to meet the daily needs of the community and a major shopping centre in Greenway is only 5 minutes away. There are plenty of open green spaces and bike and walking tracks to enjoy. It is a peaceful neighbourhood which is enjoyed by all and a great place to live.
