Kinda. It depends on the type of person you are. Montclare is a nice neighborhood, and it's pretty safe, so singles, especially single women, might prefer it here. On the other hand, Montclare is sorta boring. It's better for families than for a guy or girl hoping to meet someone. Boring but safe. If you're a homebody, it might not be bad.
