Would River Esplanade Moolooaba be a good place for retirees to live?
Mooloolaba, QLD 4557 is located within the Maroochy local government area, part of the Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland.
Thinking of moving from Sydney near Manly on the harbour. I'm wondering if there may be too many rental apartments on River Esplanade where holiday visitors are disruptive to permanent residents.

Well and truly...beautiful spot and many retirees or semi-retired reside along the river esplanade and Parkyn pde (bit more expensive)...South of Foote street the river esplanade consists of less holiday units and more permanent "live in's". North of Foote St (closer to esplanade & surf club) is predominately holiday accommodation (Fri / Sat nights can be noisy)..
Whatever you do the choice of building is important.
