I know Morley is a big suburb, but is the east side of Morley safe to live?

Morley, WA 6062 is located within the Bayswater local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.

Particularly at the border of Morley near Altone Park, opposite the high school, good area to live? I want to know especially the neighborhood and friendliness of people who live there. Thanks.
