Morningside, QLD 4170 is located within the Brisbane local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Looking to buy 31 Asquith Street but wondering if it's subject to local flooding?

Hey Christine,
If you google 'Brisbane Flood Map' you can find the map and then search for Asquith Street. The maps says that the only issue that the street has is overland flow which is not technically flooding and shouldn't be an issue. I live within a 5 minute walk to Asquith Street and regularly visit the cafe there and I have never witnessed any flooding in more than 5 years.
I think you're good. I wouldn't be concerned. Thank you,
