It depends what you want: El Publico at 511 Beaufort is a trendy place, more a tequila bar with tapas style plates - nice. In North Perth, 383 Fitzgerald St, there is "That Little Mexican Place", which is quite good and certainly quieter - interesting entrees, in particular.
