Try the public carpark behind fresh provisions cnr Walcott and Beaufort St. Easy access to DOME or Cantina. Or public carparks in Beaufort St just north of the Walcott St intersection (carparks on both East and West sides of Beaufort St 100m north of the Walcott St intersection.
