Things to see & do?

Mount Ommaney is a suburb of the Centenary Suburbs. The shopping facilities at the Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre are excellent. There are three food supermarkets, dozens of clothing stores, three major chain stores, hair, nail, beauty and almost every type of retailer. There is a Post Office and at least eight major banks.
Bus transport is excellent connecting to the City, Indooroopilly, and other parts of the Centenary area and connecting outer areas.
There is a choice of two excellent golf courses. Casual dining is in abound and the choice of other restaurants/cafes in adjoining suburbs covers all tastes.
The local hotels at Jindalee hosts Trivia, has gamingmachines and an excellent choice of eateries.
At the Homebase Centre there is a childrens' Rascals Centre. Offers lots of fun and great snacks and coffee, etc.
Mt. Ommaney boasts no 'touristy things'. It is mainly residential.
