Commuting into Sydney from Mount Riverview

Hi, I am looking at buying a house in Mount Riverview. I currently live in Sydney but given the tough housing market, I am looking at buying further out of Sydney where the houses are more affordable. All the reviews I have read have nothing but positive comments to say about the place and think it would be a great place to start a family. I currently work in the north shore so am concerned on how long it would take to commute to work in the mornings and afternoon. Off peak, it takes up to an hour. I don't know though how long it takes during peak hour. The M4 and M7 is a parking lot in the mornings and afternoons. I am interested to hear if anyone does this commute and how long it takes them. Would love to hear any thoughts on this topic.
